PE FOAM – FLOORING UNDERLAY

GOLDFLEX® polyethylene foam mats with a thickness of 3 mm are used in the construction industry as flexible direct sleepers for laminated flooring elements (panels) and sandwich panels (glued laminated boards). The material is used to increase the sound insulation of ceilings from impact sounds and to compensate for small irregularities in the floor surface.

GOLDFLEX ® polyethylene foams do not react chemically with varnishes. They are 100% recyclable.

PE foam insulations are offered in the form of mats with the winding sizes given in the table.

At the customer’s request, foams in any colour and with higher parameters are also available as vapour barrier:

Foams laminated with metallized foil – LM
Foams in 20 and 25 meter lengths

UNDERLAYER FOAM – GOLDFLEX®

The most popular underlay for floor panels is 3 mm foam. It allows to even out unevenness of the subfloor on which they are laid as well as provides acoustic and thermal insulation. The foams are harmless to the environment and can be used in any room.

FLOORING FOAMS WITH LDPE & HDPE VAPOUR BARRIER FOIL – GOLDFLEX®

In our offer we also have foams reinforced with a layer of LDPE, HDPE and ALU laminate, which increases the insulation properties and becomes a barrier against moisture.

Laminate reinforced foams are characterized by high resistance to tearing and puncture.
